The first interview was w/ 2 managers and an AVP. Mostly behavioral questions and discussed my resume (previous employment, college), as well as sports. The entire process lasted around 30 minutes and was generally low-pressure. A few business days later I was contacted by HR to come in for a 2nd interview, this time a one-on-one with the department SVP. This was slightly more intense, but still not too bad. He asked more detailed questions about my college courses, grades and prior job. Upon leaving, HR set me up to take an online Caliper exam which I completed once I returned home. Several days later, I received a call from the AVP during the first interview with an offer. The entire process was quick with only around 2-3 weeks passing between my first interview and the offer.

Ghosted by the recruiter after the first interview. Emailed her for an update and nothing but crickets after. Based on the interview the culture seems toxic so dodged a bullet. I suggest if you applied don’t hold your breathe for an update.

Face to face interview with one person. Submitted resume on PHLY website, received call from HR and set up an appointment to meet with the person who was eventually my supervisor.

This was a 2 step interview. 1st with talent acquisition via phone, 2nd with hiring manager and her manager via zoom. Time it took from application to offer was 6 weeks.
