After posting my resume and applying online got a call from a recruiter after about 2 weeks. After a quick couple of questions, an in person interview was scheduled. In person interview lasted about an hour and a half with 3 separate people. Just basic interview questions and went through my resume. I was told I would hear back by the end of the week. After two weeks, I called to check on the status, was told it would be another week. After another two weeks, I sent an email inquiring about the status. Received a brief email saying the position was filled. Very unprofessional of them not to let me know, and have me reach out to them many times. HR dept seemed disorganized and did not know when hiring decisions would be made. I took the time to interview, the least they could do is take the time to send a general "no thanks" email to interviewers they dont want to hire!
