Phenom people came to our college to hire for Product Development Engineer 1 role. The first round was on Hackerearth, they had given 20mcqs and 1 DS coding question. After one week, they announced that they will reconduct the written test as more students got shortlisted in the first round. After reconduction of written test, they announced the results with in a week and we had interview on the next day.
Level 1 interview was conducted for 60 minutes and Level 2 interview was conducted for 60 minutes(for some people, it was happened only for 25 minutes).
After answering all the questions in level 2 interview and getting good feedback from the maneger, the results were announced on the next day and I got rejected. Me and my friend(who was also interviewed by the same manager)are the only students who got rejected in level 2(may god and the interviewer know the reason).
