I was initially contacted via phone by the recruiter who did a screening and suggested we meet for an in person interview. She was very professional and sent me a list of whom I'd be meeting with via email and the date/time confirmation for the interview. I arrived at the interview and since the department manager was there I met with the HR manager and the two women in the department who would be my peers if hired. I found this to be very unprofessional having potential future co-workers interview me. After my interview (which took about an hour) they advised that I would hear back from them within the next week. I never heard back from them and had to email the HR representative to find out I wasn't being considered for the position. I then had emailed her back to see if I had any missing qualifications/skills that had led to their decision and didn't hear back from her. Chances are if I wouldn't have reached out I would be in left field over whether or not I was in consideration.

This position starts off at $22 (per hour). First, you will complete a phone screening. Then (if moved along) your final interview will be a panel interview with three individuals. The recruiter who did the phone screening and two other individuals. One will take over the interview and the other one barely speaks. From there they will make a decision.
