I applied online and heard from a manager within a week. Two overall interviews, both 1:1 with two different managers. Was asked to take a drug test and was called in that following week to start.

Have you ever had to deal with an unusually difficult customer and if so, how did you handle the situation?
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that

Entrevista
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
