      The interview process at Persona.ly consisted of several distinct stages: an initial screening with the HR manager, a detailed analytical home assignment (Test Gorilla), a professional interview with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with the CEO. The initial stages focused on validating your analytical profile, while the later stages assessed your deep understanding of the business problem and your technical skills and experience as a Data/Marketing Analyst.

      Entrevista

      The recruitment process at Persona.ly was very disappointing. Almost everything was handled through generic emails with no real human interaction. The only time a recruiter reached out personally was a short WhatsApp message asking if I was going to take the test – not even a phone call – and no clear deadline was ever provided. I was sent the online assessment without any guidance or explanation of what to expect, which made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. After completing it, I received a generic rejection email, clearly copy-paste, with no feedback or constructive comments. For a company that highlights its advanced technology and global clients, I expected a much more respectful and transparent process. Instead, it felt impersonal, careless, and dismissive – leaving a very negative impression of how Persona.ly values people.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that the process felt stressful for you. We’d like to clarify a few points- The online assessment is provided through a global assessment platform called TestGorilla. Detailed instructions, including the expected duration (70 minutes), the structure of sub-tests, and technical requirements, are sent in advance via email by the recruiter's personal email, so the candidate can ask questions at any given time, both via email and WhatsApp. Because it's online, candidates are free to complete the assessment at any convenient time of day, and the "deadline” is once you finish the test. It is also detailed and explained in the message once we coordinate. A majority of our candidates find it much more convenient. You get a numeric grade, so there's no detailed feedback we can send at this stage. The process was temporarily constructed to start with the test, without a detailed phone interview, to reach and give a chance to more juniors with no related experience within a given time. It has changed since, and we returned to conduct phone interviews with everyone. We're also sorry to find out this feedback only here, without trying to reach out to us personally. The HR team is always available with only a WhatsApp message away, in order to be accessible and reachable for any questions and requests! We wish you all the best in your future career!
