This was a campus recruitment. They screen candidates initially based on the resumes and invite you for a 30 min interview. The interview is mostly straightforward. I wasn't asked a lot of technical questions. More than testing your technical abilities, they want to know if they can put you in front of the clients. Interpersonal skills play a huge role. However, I felt they were a little unprofessional when they got back with their decision after nearly a month post interview and the email had typos too. Could expect better from a big company.

First call with their HR recruiter. 2 rounds with a Lead BA and then with the Director. Thought each round went well. Followed up after a week and a half because I received no feedback. Was told it was given to a past employee who wanted to come back.
