I had applied on the website and got a call fairly quickly from the HR; HR was v nice all along the process and quick to arrange interviews.
Since I was moving from Boston, it was made to be quick; one day, 3-4 hours and I met 5 people. Head of my team (Senior VP), my boss (Senior Director), 2 other senior directors and one HR business partner.
Overall the process was smooth and focused on my skill set and previous job experience. In the end, I had a short case interview type question. Boss had a problem for me with some numbers on a sheet, and he wanted me to analyze the same for him.

Entrevista
Two step interview process. First interview with HR and recruiting manager. Second interview with HR, recruiting manager and the individual to whom the recruiting manager reports to. Questions included 30 minutes about self, character and personality. Next 30 minutes was about skills, competencies and experience.

Entrevista
The interview process was seamless and professional. The communication at each stage was timely and clear, ensuring I was well-prepared and confident. The interviewers were approachable and asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experiences effectively. I also appreciated the structured approach, which provided great insight into the role and company culture. Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage with such a dynamic team.
It was a great interview. I got a lot of technical questions. Also got some behavioral questions. The interviewers were friendly and polite. They left a good Impression. Would recommend PepsiCo Nigeria
