First, you'll meet with the branch manager and probably one or more CSR's in the office. The company provides a list of acceptable questions and gives each manager some flexibility in the questions, but they have to ask the same questions to each candidate to avoid any chance of bias or discrimination. It's all the cliche questions like Describe a time you faced adversity? and How often have you been late to work in the past two years? If you pass that interview you'll have a meeting with the district manager, and if you pass the DM then you're in.

Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Regional VP, National VP. Took some time but all my questions were answered and gave me a good feel for the team and role. Happy with the process over all.

Multiple rounds working from the recruiter up to the VP. All virtual and easy to schedule. HR was very easy to work with and no surprises. Everyone was very open and approachable. No trouble honestly answering questions.

Initial interview went well. I was hired within a day as a temp to perm. It took 10 months and 5 other interviews to be hired on as a perm employee with no wage increase and then I had take take training all over again on a job I had been doing for 10 months at that point.
