I met an HR recruiter who then asked me the standard interview questions: my background and education, previous work experience I've held, past internships and interest and publishing. I was then introduce to the Associate Publisher at the imprint I had applied to intern with, and was asked similar questions.

Entrevista
Filled out 3 competency questions online, these were ten assessed and if you were rated highly you went to next round which was hireview, then if selected individual interview and a group task
Very nice interviewer, felt very conversational. I wasn't well-prepared, but as long as you know your resume well, you should be fine even though it is competitive. Very corporate feel as expected of such a large publishing group.

What is a recent challenge you have faced and how have you handled it?
One round of interview. Pretty standard questions about strengths, weaknesses, experience. Be prepared to talk about different facets of publishing and how you would benefit from the internship and contribute to the department.
