Patchy experience. Long time waiting to hear back about whether or not I'd got an interview. Not much else to add, aside from a feeling of an organisation in a state of statis. Withdrew my application.

Quite a while ago now, But, I do remember the first question was the usual 'Tell me about yourself.'
I applied on an English written job post, without any mention of dutch language, however I have been discarded because they require dutch speaker. I found it weird. Maybe an excuse?
