Initial Call with Recruiter and then a take home assignment where you get 2 days to complete it. After the assignment review you will meet the team and discuss on take home assignment and will also have behavioral questions too.

Take home assignment was intresting which is to be done using python which involves processing a file contents and making changes to the data and updating the file with modified content. Concepts tested, Strings, Lists, dictionaries.
Got quick update after take home assignment and I met with the team.
Questions were around take home assignment and what changes can be done to existing code and some behavioral questions.
The process felt simple but the bad part was that there was complete silence after the interview.
There's no update after the interview, It been 2 weeks since I gave interview.
Being a HR tech company its sad that they ghost candidates after the interview. Disappointed !
