I was very pleased to find that Paylocity's interview/hiring process was very quick and efficient. Applied for the position online and received an email about a week later asking to set up a phone interview. Conducted the phone interview three days later with various STAR questions and general Q&A and was then offered a face to face interview for the very next day. Face to face interview consisted of a panel with a wide range of STAR questions as well. The interviews were very laid back and meant to feel more like a conversation. Within ten minutes after leaving the interview I received a call from a hiring recruiter with a job offer.
Overall very pleasant people to speak to and I was very thankful for their quick responses. Lots of companies these days tend to drag out the interview process for weeks, but Paylocity is certainly not like that.
Looking forward to starting a career with this wonderful company!

Nice interview and interviewee. Did my first phone call interview and everything seems nice and straight to the point. I was informed about the pay and busy seasons but looking at the previous reviews, it is kind of making me raise some eyebrows.
A Personality test online, then a skills test online mostly math based questions, Phone interview, in person interview. Meet with multiple people from multiple departments. Did not describe on answer job specific questions I had.

The interviewer was well versed and very cordial during the process, She was very considerate and was willing to take time to get answers to questions. They were not at all too forward and also took tome towards the end of the interview to ask if I had any questions for her.
