I was contacted by their internal recruiter via LinkedIn. He scheduled a time for HR to perform a phone screen. About a week later came a 45 minute phone screen with the hiring manager. For the in person interview, it consisted of a morning of group interviews, followed by an offsite lunch interview with the hiring manager.

The HR rep was great, but he did never get back with me. That’s about all the good I can tell you. The leader that interviewed me, seemed like they were trying to get free benchmarking. The questions weren’t interview questions, they were more interested in how other companies were doing things. They were also currently filling out the team instead of waiting for the leader to come in and setup the correct team. They also had a scrum master for a team size of 2 lol. I feel bad for the person who stumbled into that mess. All of this could be due to the fact the leader didn’t have the necessary background and experience to do what they are trying to do.

Entrevista
Started off with a brief phone screener with the recruiter to verify experience and education. Proceeded into an phone interview with the hiring manager then was selected for an onsite interview, which was several back-to-back 45 minute sessions with 1-2 people comprised from leadership, peers and direct reports of the position. Lastly, a final interview conducted over a video conference with the SVP.
