Received an email for an introductory phone call and spoke with someone from HR. Later that day I received another email to interview with the hiring manager. That went well. A week later, I received an email for a panel interview. That went well, even though in both interviews I was asked if I knew NetSuite, despite the job description never referencing it. The interview ran longer than the allotted time so I didn't get to ask what the next phase was. After about two weeks I emailed the first HR person I spoke with to learn of the job status and I never heard back. It's going on a week now. Something disconcerting about a company that specializes in HR software yet the company's own HR staff leaves something to be desired.
