The interview process with Paycom was very positive for me, even without getting an offer at the end -- I found out about the opportunity through a 3rd party recruiter, I applied online & the 3rd party recruiter sent proof of my previous sales results to Paycom. I was contacted about a phone interview with a Paycom HR manager the next day, then was scheduled for an in person interview with a sales manager at the Austin office. I had very positive conversations with Kelsey (HR) & Brittany (Austin Sales Manager)! The interviews were conversational, and they asked the basics as well as some good, thought-provoking questions - nothing too tough that I hadn't answered before. Unfortunately, I didn't end up moving forward after that, but I was contacted by a Paycom HR rep on the phone to give me the bad news, which I thought was really nice & different than most large companies! (I half-jokingly asked her if I did something weird during the interview to get 'veto'ed but she didn't have that information). Anyways, I was disappointed for myself, but no bad words to say about this company!
