I met with a recruiter on a college campus, she gave me the link to apply and I applied online and emailed her my resume. She responded and said that someone was reaching out. A different recruiter emailed me for a screening phone call. I took the screening phone call and they then scheduled an in-person interview on the phone call. I went to a quick 30-minute in-person interview and then they said someone would get back to me. Less than a week later I got a phone call offering me the position.
