There was an interview at the Corporate Office first (pre-covid). There was a written test. All went well. Next step was the onsite interview. The interview at the Odenton, MD location was interesting because the Nurse Manager was extremely rude. She acted like I was bothering her just by interviewing. When I asked questions, she rolled her eyes. There is obviously a reason why they can't keep any nurses there. I will say that the nurse that I shadowed was very nice and helpful. After the interview, I never heard anything, which was for the better.

The written test included things like "What size needle would you use to administer a Toradol shot?" Also included some IV push questions.

Very informative and friendly. They explain the job duties and functions. The only thing is that they give you a test of medical questions, but they say it's a survey.

Entrevista
Disorganized and confusing. Had a telephone screening interview and asked a lot of questions that were not answered at all or answered incorrectly by the HR representative. Completed in-person interview with local center director and given no clear instructions regarding the next steps of the interview of process. Received a very strange voicemail from another director, and the voicemail message is 2 minutes of comments with no direct instructions or information. Sounds like a hot mess of a company.
