Super laid back. It was my first job and didn't have really any experience going into it. Met with the manager 1 time and he called me the next day and offered me the job. Was a great job for part time!

I applied online and was contacted the next day for an interview. The first person I met with was a recruiter. She asked me about availability, past experience and customer service. After that, a supervisor came out and asked me about customer service, teamwork, etc. They told me to come back the next day and meet with the manager. He mostly asked a lot of situational questions relating to customer service. When the interview was over, I was hired on the spot. The whole process was easy, and everyone I talked to was very nice and made me feel comfortable right away.

They really just wanted to make sure that I could provide great customer service, so they asked a lot of related questions. The only thing that caught me off guard was when the manager told me to make him laugh with a good joke.

The process was very professional and easy. I was interviewed by the general manager and was asked the basic questions. The interview was only fifteen minutes so not too long.

I applied online and was texted back two days later for an interview. It was out in the open and was my first job interview / official job. I got there a little bit early, and when I walked in the staff knew who I was. The interview was out in the open but it wasn't a busy day.
