I haven't been hired yet, just had my first interview yesterday. It was a very laid back, group interview consisting of me, 10 others, and the first hiring associate. Questions were fairly simple, asking each of us to describe teamwork or accountability, how would we describe a menu item to an indecisive customer, who our favorite past supervisor or teacher was and why, and describe ourselves in one word.
Super laid back. It was my first job and didn't have really any experience going into it. Met with the manager 1 time and he called me the next day and offered me the job. Was a great job for part time!

The process was very professional and easy. I was interviewed by the general manager and was asked the basic questions. The interview was only fifteen minutes so not too long.

Entrevista
I applied online and was texted back two days later for an interview. It was out in the open and was my first job interview / official job. I got there a little bit early, and when I walked in the staff knew who I was. The interview was out in the open but it wasn't a busy day.
