I went through 3 separate interviews before being asked back for training. Then there is planet bread, where you are introduced to the company and its values. In store training starts right after that, usually with dinning room, where you learn about our signature coffee blends and culture values. Later there is specific training based on either your preferences or your skill sets. Mostly stores look for a good level of cross-training, meaning employees that can be trained in many or all facets of the job.
The interview was Very quick and easy. They asked Typical questions for hospitality businesses. The employer who interviewed me was very kind and inviting and did not make the process intimidating at all.

Asked questions regarding food safety and why I wanted the job , also discussed how my schedule would look if I were to get the job. I was then told I would be given a call regarding the decision whether I got the job or not
Great process very easy and they really try and fast track the hiring process. It is usually with a couple of the managers who will be overseeing your day to day.
