It was like a nice conversation. I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat before I was taken to a different room. I was asked simple questions and was hired on the spot after I was asked if I would like a job there. I was told that I would get a call from the general manager for further instructions.

Three trips in person after submitting an online application: 1) Tell them you did it. 2) go in for interview with AM. 3) Finalize with GM. Both managers were very polite. Just act natural and realize the job isn't that serious; they want to hire real people with personalities.

Entrevista
There were two interviews, one with an assistant manager and one with the general manager. Both were pretty easy. General questions, what are your strengths/ weaknesses. Didn't last long for either and they got back to me promptly. Two days inbetween the interviews.
