It was goods and interviewer made me feel comfortable. Started with introduction about Panasonic and it moto / philosophy. The rest of the session was more about previous projects and education/courses. In short, it was a good experience

Personal Interview which ask about you and your qualifications. Since mine is a company in Shah Alam which deals with air conditioner, basic knowledge about the process is questioned

First interview was to filter for the hiring manager. Waited about 2 weeks for second interview. Second interview took about half day. Have mechanical test and stress test. After that interview session with R&D managers.
