Initial phone screen followed up by a small panel interview. Great assortment of questions to understand the technical and customer service background of candidates. I was more challenged that I thought I would be and it got me excited to work there. The interviewers were really good at asking pointed questions and then digging deeper. They asked an "impossible" question.

Interviewers were nice and understanding. They asked me to share the screen for a command (ipconfig). It was a relaxed atmosphere. I got the feedback one month later. There were 2 interviewers.
