Originally applied for different position, but invited for interview about IC. Two rounds interview with Head of department and second with team mates, in two weeks distance. Team members looked exhausted and in terrible need for new hire - as quick and as cheaper as possible. Young people, good office and nice mood. Nevertheless, with rather bad opinion due long and poor feedback process.

General questions, nothing specific, no interesting questions. Searching for people skills, and of course, salary band.
It was a multi-stage interview process that lasted about 2-3 weeks. Everyone was very nice throughout the process and communication was timely and consistent. Mostly behavioral questions but there were a few technical / scenario based questions.

It was 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was a behavioral interview with a manager. Before the second round interview, I was given a case study to present to the panel. The second round was a technical interview with 3 managers.
The overall interview process took around 3 months.
