Entrevista
Heavy focus on standard behavioral questions and specific skills/experience. They provided an honest idea of what the job entailed and their expectations. Interviewed with 4 people: supervisor, department manager, plant manager, and human resources manager. Total time was a little over 2 hours. Initial job posting ran for two weeks and then waited a few weeks to interview. Heard back after about one week.
