Candidates were flown out to Philadelphia and stayed at a nice hotel. We had a reception that night where we were able to meet with the interviewers, eat with them, ask questions etc... Then the next morning was the actual interview process. We had a string of 3 sets of interviews with 3-6 different business segments.

Basic technical questions on the fundamentals of accounting. Other than that, all behavioral. It was a very casual interview, nothing to worry about. A one on one situation, and lasted for about thirty minutes.
