Phone interview first.... if you are brought on site you meet with a General Sales Manager. After meeting with the GSM you shadow with an AET on the floor before meeting with the Satellite Office Manager of the Branch Manager depending on location
They are just looking for someone who is personable, confident, and outgoing.
If you didnt shadow someone on the floor they are more then likely not going to offer you the job

3 rounds of interviews, one phone, 2 zoom calls. Phone asks u why u want be in sales and understanding your drive for money. 2nd asks how you've overcome challenges, and basic questions about the company
