Initial phone interview went well, this was where the "typical" interview questions were asked. Then Called in for 1-on-1 with owner. Went very well with no tough questions at all, but did not get the job.
Interview with specific office, ask general questions about work experience and dental proficiency from dental school. Very laid back interview. Owner doc wants to understand if you’ll be a good fit.

very organized, recruiter contacted me after applying on the phone, scheduled an in person visit when I was visiting California and went around the offices spoke with the owner, very professional, went to the office visit

It was friendly and encouraging . Made me feel comfortable. Interviewer was interested in talking and knowing me better. A lot of information was given about the type of practice they’re doing and what to expect
