1. Initial recruiter screen, 2. 1 hour hiring manager screen, 3. 4 hour “loop” with four 1 hour interviews with design, product marketing, and product, 4. 45 min interview with the VP of Product. All behavioral and situational, no cases.

Interview itself was relatively easy. Consisted of 4 rounds, one of which was with the recruiter, then one with the hiring manager and another with the rest of the team. The final interview was in person with the hiring manager. After completing the final round I was told I’d receive feedback within 2 weeks but I was ghosted and didn’t even receive a rejection, just radio silence which I believe is completely unprofessional, but according to other reviews seems to be somewhat a recurring theme.
