Oura's interview was very open -- I felt that I was being given full transparency on the process, and details about the company and both the positive aspects and potential challenges of the role right from the start. I got to meet with a wide range of people in leadership as well as my future team mates, and always felt that the interviews were as much for me as for them, giving me the info I needed to evaluate fit. All the people I met with were generous with their time, making themselves available for follow-up calls when I needed. The whole process took about a month, which I think is good for a leadership position.
