The largely incoherent email tells me that I was such an impressive candidate, they want to interview more people like me. I ask for a phone call to discuss, but the hiring manager ignores me. They rewrite the job ad to match my resume, and repost it. 2 weeks later, I receive a templated rejection email not from the hiring manager, but from a person I had never spoke to. Astonishing level of disrespect.
