1 super day, find prospects group activity, elevator pitch, and 1 on 1 interview. interviewing at same time as ~20 others so will have to do elevator pitch in front of them. Be outgoing, ask questions.

group activity is finding three potential prospects in a company. Be strategic in the picks and make sure they have purchasing power(c-level). Create and role-play call intro. 1 on 1 was very conversational, just typical behavioral questions. Seemed like a basic culture fit check.
Great, allowed me to join over a few phone calls back in 2018 so it was a n awesome sales growth opportunity that I was happy to take. Super fun culture and also fairly messy if you actually want to close deals as a BDC.

HR round, followed by 2-3 in person interviews. Begin with Team Lead, followed with RM and Director. Check on communication skills, past sales performance, long term interest in the role, ability to build rapport etc.
