The first interview was with HR, and the second was with 2 team leads. After saying that the second interview was impressive, they give you a case study which could take 2-3 hours to answer. They would base their decision on the case study. (which says we don't expect you to know our process, just answer based on your experience but still, they expect you to answer their way) The interviews felt useless.

Had one interview with HR where they asked typical behavioural questions. Then I interviewed with the manager. Overall seemed a bit disorganized overall but easy enough to get through the process

Entrevista
Started with a Screening call with the recruiter. After that a call was scheduled with the Manager. Once that’s done, if you move on to the next round, they give you a take home case study. Final call is with manager and director.
