I applied online and was contacted through email a few hours later. I was asked to complete a more thorough application and a 30min skills assessment test. A few days later the Director of Operations schedule a quick phone interview with me. Phone interview went well, and was very friendly. About a week later, the One Firefly team schedule a video interview with me, the Director of Operations, Lead Web Developer and Project Manager. The whole staff were nice and welcoming throughout the interview. We spoke of passed experiences, industry knowledge and I was asked to show some examples of my work through screen sharing. At the end of the video interview I was tasked with completing a web site mock-up within a 1 hour timeframe. I completed the task within the alotted time and submitted it via Google drive. About 3 weeks later, I was contacted by the Director of Operations to let me know they were moving forward with other candidates.
