process is described on their website. HR interview, aptitude test, then management consulting style case interview. Very professional and structured. Their team likes data driven people with math degrees so be prepared in advance: study mental calculations, do lots of math cases, better yet try doing some math brainteasers.

How to raise revenue for retail company. Growth depends on cities to expand to, which in turn depends on population and penetration
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?

Vorstellungstag im Zürich Office mit 5 Interviews. Morgens 3 Interviews (2 Cases + 1 HR Interview). Danach geht es zum Mittagessen, woraufhin man bei der Rückrunde erfährt ob man in die zweite Runde am Nachmittag kommt. In der zweiten Runde gib es dann wieder 2 Case Studies.
