Interview was casual and short. Interviewed by center director and assistant manager. Group interviews are common (more than one applicant). Basic questions asked- availability is the main topic. Expectations are covered slightly and basic job discription is explained. Center director did a walk through and explained the process of donation detailing the different areas of the building.

Duel interview process one with the trainer coordinator and then another with a member of management which went very well the TC was very mild manor and respectful and really easy to interview with

It was more of a relaxed environment and easygoing. They are cooperative and understanding. The interview was about one hour long and they are great people. Working there was a lot of fun

Entrevista
I applied for a position at the West Covina location but she interviewed me at the Santa Fe Springs location. We had our interview set for 9 am. I got there at 8:50 am and she was not ready until 9:55 am. The interview was her just reading questions off a paper word for word. People were coming in and out of the room while I was being interviewed. They kept interrupting asking her questions. Very unprofessional. I wanted to run out of there.
