The job application process was really easy, a few days later they schedule me to a phone interview with HR representative. It went well. A few days past and then I had an second interview via Skype with the hiring manager. I tough it went well too. But a few days later an automated message said that decided to go with another candidate . What shock me is the ad for Video editor it's been up and continues updating for weeks in Glassdoor. It looks like they haven't found the right candidate. It surprise me because in the second interview I been told that they are two months behind looking for a video editor and the need to get someone really quick.
