Phone interviews, followed by in-person interview. A very easy interview process that made me feel good about the team. I appreciated the honesty they had toward the issues they were facing and knew exactly what the expectations would be were I to take the position. It took close to two months - from the time I was told I was going to get an offer - until I got the offer. Their hiring process (which is outside of the hands of the team I was joining) was broken.
