It was a phone interview after 2 days of applying to the job but did not make it to the next step, because I did not have enough experience. It was easy interview, I was asked about my experiences and how it can be related to the job.

On this occasion was very quick, was referred internally and invited to an initial interview. The HR interviewer was lovely. There was a lag between finding out the result but I was informed.

It was well planned, and the general feeling was very neutral. There were questions, but they were never asked in a manner that revealed information. The interviewers kept the friendly environment.

Typical run of hr screen, hiring manager, some folks on a panel of interviews. Took four weeks. Nothing noteworthy or unusual. I felt they based a lot of their selections for interviews on experience.
