I applied through the SWE 23 career fair. The interviewer was extremely friendly and asked about my technical experience and background. I was asked several behavioral interview questions that were situational.

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
