It was solely based on the grades we received in the respective subjects. We just had a small expectation setting interview with the dean. We were asked if we had any previous experience with respect to detecting plagiarism in the class.

Had applied it through work day. It was quite technical and questions were typically based on operations research and there were few scenario questions related to the transportation problem. Overall the the interview went quite smoothly .

Applied on the neu portal. The process is straightforward. For the courses I applied I had taken them before. I am not sure if the grade matters for all courses, but I had a maximum grade for the ones I applied to.
