The previous KM Interview review is SPOT ON. I wasn't ghosted but had to constantly ask for updates after they missed their own deadlines. Unprofessional and seemingly uncaring about the candidates and the process. Beware these amateurs.

The initial phone screen with HR was very brief. Was told the team was excited to meet me. The next interview was a video call. Some red flags were raised with how busy the team seemed and the rejection of a content audit on a knowledge migration project. The IA of their internal kb needed a lot of help but it seemed like they weren't open to an actual content migration strategy (given you have a 3-month deadline, that's plenty of time to get organized). I was told they'd get back to me and then I was ghosted. Probably dodged a bullet.
