After passing a phone interview, answering the basic questions about 'why nordstrom?', 'tell me about a time when you didn't meet your goal..', 'how do you feel about competition?' Etc.. I got an in person interview that was scheduled for 3 weeks later, and ended up being a group interview. I answered questions, along with 2 other candidates. I felt as though I did well, although I never got a call back. It's ok though because after getting harassed for 3 blocks by a skeevy man just before walking into the Nordstrom building downtown, that is not what I would want to deal with on a daily basis if that were my job.
