An excessive amount of interviews. I went through three total and was told that a fourth was required to get the position. (This is not even a supervisory role) They were great on communication at first and then after the third interview ghosted me. Extremely disrespectful when I've put in the time and effort to do three interviews. Silver lining was seeing their disrespect before actually joining the team. Thanks but no thanks.
