Interviewing with Nickerson was a uniquely seamless and impressive experience. Lisa Nickerson and my now supervisor were very communicative, transparent, and professional during the whole process. In addition to me following up with them, they would follow up to update me on where the interview process was at any given moment. This was by far the best interview process I’ve participated in with any company or organization. I admire Nickerson’s respect for its candidates.

Entrevista
Interviewed directly with the owner of the firm. At the end of the interview I was told that I would be contacted by a senior company employee for the next round. Never happened. I sent a follow up email that went unanswered.
I found this process completely unprofessional, as there is no excuse to mislead then ghost a candidate.
