Phone first interview with a recruiter. 2 rounds of interviews with two engineers on two different days. The interview is not difficult and the developers make you feel very comfortable. I bet it is a great company to work for.

I applied online and they got back like a month later asking to setup time for a screen. The first recruiter took a week to respond to my availability, then passed me to another tech recruiter, who took another week (and canceled a few screens in between) Finally I just said I didn't want them to waste any more of my time after the 2nd recruiter tried to pass me to another recruiter to setup time. Total waste of time.
