Very formal, uncomfortable and not interested in being in the room. The interview panel were not working well together in the room. I could feel the tension and hierarchy present in the room. Once seated in the interview room - i felt like getting up and leaving as it was clear they had already decided that I was not suitable. I felt they were just seeing me as another one of their colleagues suggested they see me for the role. It was unfortunate - but told me a lot about the culture, which was useful. A very uptight interview.
