Very easy. Felt more like a formality than anything else. Asked basic questions such as school and work experience. I felt like I already had the job and they just wanted to check that I wasn't a psycho.
This role is meant for students so the interview focuses on who you are, what your passions are, and how you can help patrons and branch growth. Focus on how you would handle daily interactions with patrons, planning programs, and forming community.

Interviews in person with managing library, went over my resume and work experience. Asked basic questions relevant to the job, why I wanted to work there, and let me know by the end of the interview if I was hired or not.
