Entrevista
Initial interview was thorough. Even the initial exam took more than an hour. Exam had logic, programming and SQL related questions. Next was technical interview and it was the panel type - questions were pointed and focused more on how you can defend your solution. Last was technical interview with manager. Also had technical questions and it was focused on how you can solve a particular problem.

During the last technical interview, many of the questions were related to DB planning and SQL queries. I hadn't prepared well for those types of questions.

Background: I applied at the Manila Office and here is a summary of the whole process
Week 0: I got an SMS from the Technical Recruiter and scheduled a date for the Technical Exam
Week 1: Exam at their office anytime between 9am-12pm. It was technical but is focused on problem solving ie. string manipulations. After passing the exam, the technical interview was scheduled for the following week.
Week 2: The technical interview was fair since it is not language specific. It was composed of SQL, OOP concepts, basic coding and a trick question.
Week 3: Interview with the director.
I think the interview process is fair mainly because it is not programming-language specific. Based on the interviews, I got the impression that teams is highly skilled and I could learn a lot from them going forward.
